Nope, sorry, that's not our thing.  Nope, sorry, that's not our thing.

+====Do you have any advice for building a Tiny House?====
 +
 +Oh, my, yes...
 +
+  * Don't build on a janky old trailer. You're not saving money. You're putting good money on a scary foundation. Go get a new trailer built. We like [[https://www.ironeagletinyhousetrailers-mobile.com/|Iron Eagle Trailers]], specifically built for Tiny Houses.
+  * You MUST connect your framing to the trailer. Lots of bolts through the bottom plate, or earthquake tie downs in the corners. Whatever, you don't want your house falling off on the road!
+  * Likewise, you MUST connect your roof framing to your framing with an engineered solution. Use hurricane clips or TimberLoks or something. You don't want your roof coming off on the road!
+  * Lofts are popular, but going up and down a ladder at 0300 to pee sucks, especially as we age. Consider a short loft with a bed underneath a raised living room, or build a funky shelf Thing you can use as stairs.
 +  * Mind your [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jk9H5AB4lM|weight distribution]]!
+  * Build to your skill level. If you're super handy, great, do that curved roof. If you're not... Maybe a shed roof is for you. Etc etc etc.
